高原地区车辆轮毂轴承润滑脂试验研究

摘　　要：针对高原地区汽车轮毂轴承润滑脂在使用中的流失失效问题,分析了流失失效的主要原因,制定了高原地区车辆轮毂轴承润滑脂的技术指标,研制了新型重载车辆轮毂轴承润滑脂,并通过高原实际行车试验对研制脂性能进行了验证。结果表明:该新型重载车辆轮毂轴承润滑脂具有优良的高温抗流失性,完全满足高原地区重载车辆轮毂轴承的使用要求。As for the grease loss in vehicle wheel bearings on plateau areas, the causes of grease loss are analyzed, the technical indicators of grease are determined, a newly wheel bearing grease is prepared and its performance is tested on plateau area. The results show that the newly wheel bearing grease has excellent leaching?resistance in high temperature and can satisfy the use in high altitude.
