摘 要:目前我国在工作面的支护方式均采用落后的坑木支护或单体支柱支护,部分矿井也采用了液压支架支护的方式,但各类支护方式均有不同程度的缺陷。该文提出了在极薄工作面端头采用自移式顶梁支架进行支护,并对设计及其应用情况进行了说明。指出自移式顶梁支架具有结构简单、成本低廉、安全可靠、自动化程度高等特点,可有效降低劳动强度,改善作业环境,对各类工作面巷道有良好的适应能力。是一种具有良好的市场前景和广泛的社会效益的支护装置。At present, the supporting methods in the working face are mainly the backward timber support,single prop or hydraulic support which is only used in part of the mine .However, all kinds of supporting methods have the defects to some extent. In this paper , the moving roof beam scaffold for support is put forward tobe used in a very thin face end, and the design and its application are illustrated, ltpointed out that the translation type top beam bracket has simple structure, low cost, safe and reliable, high degree of automation, etc, which can effectively reduce the labor intensity, improve the working environment, apply to all kinds of working face roadways . The results prove that the supporting device has a good market prospect and a wide range of social benefits.
