摘　　要：针对目前土木工程国际化的趋势与大学毕业生就业存在的问题,分析了对懂技术、会外语的复合型人才的需求与具体要求。介绍了如何紧紧围绕这一核心目标制定详细的人才培养方案并付诸实施以及在教学各个环节上如何进行实践与革新。总结了毕业学生的就业状况与工作前景,对目前有关双语教学的模糊认识进行了简要评论。The combination of Globalization of civil engineering and the situation of employment in the job market has further raised the question on how to cultivate a college student to be both a civil engineer and a good translator-a composite talent. Our practice is shown in the paper which involves the objective of foreign-oriented civil engineering, the programme and its implementation. The authors also present their viewpoints and remarks on bilingual teaching in Chinese colleges.
