摘　　要：生产车间采用一次回风的全空气中央空调系统,房间的正压由新风量控制,以达到室内10～15 Pa的正压值,新风单独处理,和回风混合后再经直接蒸发盘管处理后送到室内;考虑本项目生产过程中会产生纤维粉尘,因此生产车间空调系统的空调箱过滤段采用了多筒式滤尘器,自动过滤和收集经空气中的纤维粉尘,避免了频繁清洗、更换空调过滤器带来的不便.Primary return air handling unit system is adopted for Workshop, the room overpressure is controlled by the fresh air volume, to fit the10-15 Pa overpressure value, fresh air is handled independently, it is mixed with indoor air, mixture air is handled by direct-expansion coil, and it is transported to room; in consideration of fibrous dust is produced in the process, so Multi drum filter unit is used as medium efficiency filter in the AHU for workshop, fibrous dust is fltrated and collected by Multi drum filter unit, avoiding to wash and exchange the filter frequently.
