摘  要:用IEC 62321∶2008C比色法测定聚合物中六价铬含量,对测试六价铬的样品制备条件、样品基体、样品颗粒进行探讨.样品制备选取ABS/PP两种塑胶材料,分别用低温切割式破碎机和低温冲击式粉碎机粉碎成三种粒径500~1000 um,250~500um,<250um的样品,采用碱性提取液萃取,用分光光度计在540 nm处溯定其吸光度,结果表明ABS比PP粉碎过筛率高,冲击式粉碎比切割式粉碎过筛率高,样品颗粒越小萃取率越高.For analysis ofCr (VI) content in polymer by IEC 62321:2008C should be investigated the sample preparation method and sample size. Choosing the Acrylonitrile butadiene (ABS) and Polypropylene (PP) two plastic material which grinded respectively three different sizes (500-1000 um, 250-500 um, 〈250 um) by ZM200 and MM400,The samples are digested in the alkaline solution, The complex solution is measured quantitatively by a spectrophotometer at 540 nm. The test results show that the extraction efficiency ofCr (Ⅵ) in polymers is influenced by matrix materials. The grinding efficiency is good for ABS, and tolerable for PP. The impact grinding is better than cutter. The powder size is the most important influence of the extraction efficiency.
