摘 要:通过试验考察掺硅灰三元复合填料对环氧树脂流变性能及力学性能影响,研究硅灰对环氧粘钢胶的综合性能改性情况。结果表明:硅灰在环氧粘钢胶中性能发挥与基础填料的掺量关系密切。当三元复合填料体系中硅灰∶石英砂∶滑石粉=5:140:35时,硅灰的掺入使得复合填料级配达到最优化。树脂黏度适中,通过硅灰改性制备出的粘钢胶流变性能优异,整体性能远远超出GB 50367中对A级粘钢胶的性能要求;而基础填料过多过少均在一定程度上限制硅灰对环氧粘钢胶触变及力学性能增强增韧效果。Through the experimentation,the influences of composite fillers with silica fume on the processing property and mechanical properties epoxy were studied. The modification of silica fume on the epoxy adhesive for steel were researched. The results showed that the content of basic fillers composed quartz and talc had great impact on the performance of silica fume in the epoxy adhesive. The composite fillers met the optimum gradation when the proportion of silica fume,quartz and talc was 5:140:35,while the viscosity of epoxy was moderate because of the incorporation of silica fume. Under these conditions,a high performance epoxy adhesive was confected,which exceed the standard of GB 50367—2006 about adhesive for steel( grade A). When the content of basic fillers was less or more,the useful impact of silica fume on the adhesive were weakened gradually.
