浅谈“挑战杯”竞赛中新升格地方院校大学生创新能力的培养

摘　　要：文章通过湘南学院化学与生命科学系学生参加"挑战杯"竞赛的事例,阐述了以学生为中心、学习兴趣为导向及以基础化学大学生创新训练中心为平台,构建集课堂教学、创新训练和竞赛活动为一体的新型教学平台,进一步锻炼了学生的实践能力和创新能力,达到地方性本科院校应用型人才培养的目标。The paper elaborates a newly teaching platform that integrates in student-centered, learning interest as the guidance and basic chemical college students＇ innovative training center for the integration by the example of the students in Xiang Nan University of Chemistry and Life Science participating in the Challenge Cup competition. All of those contribute to regard the classroom teaching,innovation training and competition activities as a whole.Not onlydoit develop the practical and creative abilities of students,but also it achieves the goal of application-oriented personnel training at local colleges.
