摘  要:通过研究高温熔融炉渣的离心粒化,获得大量细小且粒化效果稳定的颗粒,有利于回收其中的高品位显热。在对离心粒化机理详细分析的基础上,提出一种新的判定离心粒化分裂形式的方法;并指出最小液膜厚度是影响离心粒化的主要因素。离心粒化实验的研究目的是如何获得尽可能多的直径在4 mm以下的炉渣粒化颗粒。实验结果表明,转速、转盘直径和转盘深度等关键参数在一定范围内对炉渣粒化结果的影响显著,实验获得粒径小于4 mm的颗粒质量占比可以高达84.3%,粒化效果要远好于水淬处理高温炉渣。Through studying how to break molten slag by the centrifugal device,many small particles were obtained. In this way,the heat of the molten slag will may be efficiently reclaimed. Through studying theory of molten slag broken by the centrifugal force,a new method how to predicate the broken form of molten slag was obtained,and the centrifugal effect of molten slag was mainly affected by the minimum thickness of molten slag film. The aim of the centrifugal experimental study is how to get as much as the slag particles of less than 4 mm in diameter. The experiment result indicates that the speed,the rotary plate diameter,the rotary plate depth,and other key parameters are the main factors in some conditions. The slag particles of less than 4 mm in diameter may highly reached84. 3% in the whole weight,which is far better than the result of water cooling hot slag.
