福建省设区市旅游业投资环境评价与优化

摘　　要：旅游业是现代经济的一个重要经济增长点,也是朝阳产业。本文从产业投资环境基本理论出发,建立福建省设区市旅游业投资环境的综合评价指标体系,对福建省九大设区市旅游业投资环境进行主成分分析与聚类分析,得出福建省设区市旅游业投资环境可以分为良好、中等、偏差三种类型,并对这三种产业投资环境类型进行分析。在此基础上,提出福建省设区市旅游业投资环境的优化思路。Tourism, as a sunrise industry, is an important symbol of urban modernization, and it＇s an important economic growth point of moderneconomy. Based on principal component analysis, starting from the basic theory of regional investment environment, we establish comprehensive evaluation index system about tourism industry investment environment of city distribution in Fuiian, We make a clustering analysis about nine districts of the tourism industry investment environment in Fuiian province. We make a conclusion that the tourism industry investment environmentof city distribution can be divided into three levels： good, moderate, deviation, and we analyze the three levels of investment environment. On thisbasis, the tourism industry investment environment of city division in Fuiian province optimization was proposed.
