原发性高血压患者血清HCY、UⅡ、ACE及NT-proBNP的表达变化

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压与血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)、血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)及B型钠尿肽前体N端(NT-proBNP)之间的相关性。方法通过临床病例的收集,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定UⅡ,同时测定血清中HCY、ACE及NT-proBNP水平,并对高血压患者与健康人群之间4项检测指标进行分析比较。结果血清HCY、UⅡ、ACE及NT-proBNP水平与对照组相比,原发性高血压(EH)组患者血清中HCY、UⅡ、ACE及NT-proBNP水平均有显著性升高。EH组患者血清中HCY、UⅡ、ACE及NT-proBNP在ROC曲线中的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.93、0.765、0.792、0.972,均具有临床诊断意义。结论原发性高血压患者血清中HCY、UⅡ、ACE及BNP高表达,与健康人群之间有显著性差异,对于原发性高血压具有诊断价值。Objective To study the relationship between essential hypertension（EH）with serum homocysteine（HCY）,uroten-sinⅡ（UⅡ）,angiotensin converting enzyme（ACE）and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）.Methods By collec-ting the clinical cases,UⅡwas determined by ELISA and HCY,ACE and NT-proBNP were simultaneously detected by ELISA.The detection results were analyzed and compared between the patients with essential hypertension（EH group）and the healthy con-trols.Results The levels of serum HCY,UⅡ,ACE and NT-proBNP in the EH group were significantly increased compared with the healthy control group;the area under curve （AUC）of serum HCY,UⅡ,ACE and NT-proBNP in the ROC curve in the EH group were 0.93,0.765,0.792 and 0.972 respectively,which showed clinical diagnostic significance.Conclusion The levels of HCY,UⅡ,ACE and NT-proBNP are highly expressed in EH and have significant differences compared with the healthy popula-tion,which has the diagnostic value to EH.
