中西医结合治疗三叉神经周围支撕脱术复发70例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗三叉神经周围支撕脱术复发治疗效果。方法:对三叉神经周围支撕脱术出现复发疼痛的病例采取神经孔周围搔刮,注射无水酒精及口服中药汤剂。结果:中西医结合治疗三叉神经周围支撕脱术复发70例,有效率12个月为90%,24个月为80%,36个月为72%。结论:三叉神经周围支撕脱术复发的病例采用中西医结合治疗为临床提供了一种简洁、经济、有效的方法。Objective： To investigate the effect of integrative medicine in the treatment of recurrence after peripheral branch evulsion of trigeminal nerves. Methods： Separately using scraping around the neural foramen, ethanol injection and taking Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of patients who suffered from recurrence after peripheral branch evulsion of trigeminal nerves. Results： when using integrative medicine in the treatment of recurrence after peripheral branch evulsion of trigeminal nerves of 70 cases, the success rate in12 months was 100%, 90% in 24 months and 78% in 36 month. Conclusion： it might provide a simple, economical and effective method of using integrative medicine in the treatment of recurrence after peripheral branch evulsion of trigeminal nerves.
