摘　　要：目的:探讨3H护理模式在40例亲属活体肾移植患者中的应用效果。方法:对40例亲属活体肾移植患者住院期间提供Hotel式护理服务-舒适的护理,Hospital式护理服务-个性化服务,Home式护理服务-温馨护理。结果:活动开展后护理质量和患者满意度均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3H护理模式重视对患者的人性化护理服务,能提高病区的护理质量和患者满意度。Objective： To discuss applications of 3H nursing model in 40 living related renal transplantation pa- tients. Methods： During hospitalization, 40 living related renal transplantation patients were provided with Hotel nurs- ing care services-comfortable service, Hospital care services-personalized services, and Home care nursing service-warm service. Results： Quality of care and patient satisfaction after the activity is higher than those prior to the implementation, the difference is statistically significant （P〈O.O5）.Conclusion： 3H nursing model emphasizes on humanistic nursing service in patients, which can improve the quality of nursing in wards and patient satisfaction.
