摘　　要：目的:总结腰椎间盘突出症康复锻炼的护理体会。方法:回顾性分析139例腰椎间盘突出手术前、后的康复锻炼体会。结果:患者均采取术前指导,术后各阶段的康复锻炼护理,均取得满意的效果。结论:腰椎间盘突出症应加强康复锻炼护理,加快患者的康复。Objective：To sum up the experience of rehabilitation scheme of protrusion of the lumbar interverbral disc. Methods：139 cases of the rehabilitation practice were retrospective analyzed pre-operation and post-operation of the lumbar intervertebral. Results：139 cases of protrusion of lumbar interverbral disc who were given pre-operation guidance and post-operation rehabilitation practice by stages achieved a good efficiency. Conclusion：Rehabilitation practise and nursing of the protrusion of the lumbar interverbral disc can help to restore to health.
