聚焦解决模式在眩晕综合征患者心理护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨以聚焦解决模式为基础的心理干预在眩晕综合征患者中应用的效果。方法:回顾性分析收治的100例眩晕综合征患者临床资料,随机分为两组,分别给予聚焦解决模式心理护理(观察组50例)及常规心理护理(对照组50例)。结果:聚焦解决模式心理护理组抑郁和焦虑评分、ADL评分明显优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:将聚焦解决模式应用于眩晕综合征患者心理护理中,对于其不良情绪及日常生活能力均有明显改善作用,有益于提高患者生活质量。Objective.＇To investigate the effect of psychological intervention with solution-tocused approach in ver- tiginous syndrome^ethods.Clinical data on 100 cases of vertiginous syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different nursing methods,all 100cases were divided into the solution-focused approach psychological nursing group（observation group,50 cases）and the routine nursing group（control group 50 cases）.Results：The scores of depression, anxiety and activities of daily living of observation group were all better than those of control group,there were all signifi- cant differences （all P〈O.OS）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing with solution focused approach in patients with vertigi- nous syndrome can improve the bad mental emotion,and improve the ability of daily life.It is worthy of clinical application.
