摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理对老年痴呆鼻饲患者并发症的效果。方法:将60例老年痴呆鼻饲患者随机分为观察组30例,针对鼻饲常见并发症,应用预见性护理方法;对照组30例,按常规护理出现症状给予对症处理。结果:观察组老年痴呆鼻饲患者住院期间并发症明显减少,经统计学Fisher确切概率法处理,P<0.05。结论:预见性护理,保证了患者营养、能量的供应,降低了老年痴呆鼻饲患者的并发症。Objective： To explore the nursing care to prevent complications of senile dementia patients of nasal feeding effect. Methods： 60 cases of senile dementia patients with nasal feeding were randomly divided into experimental group of 30 cases, The nasal feeding complications, application of predictive nursing methods, prevent after treatment, 30 cases of the control group, routine nursing symptomatic treatment. Results： The experimental group of senile dementia patients with nasal feeding complications during hospital stay was significantly reduced, The statistical Fisher exact probability method, P〈O.OS.Conclusion： Preventive nursing measures ensure the supply of energy and nutrient intake, greatly reducing the complications of senile dementia patients with nasal feeding.
