三腔管压迫止血的护理方法浅析

摘　　要：目的:研究肝硬化患者可能出现的食管胃底静脉破裂导致的大出血快速止血的方法。方法:针对25例肝硬化患者食管胃底静脉破裂出血后,运用三腔管压迫止血治疗的情况进行观察和评价。结果:除1例患者因失血过多死亡,其余患者都正常出院。结论:三腔管压迫止血效果快速有效,降低失血性休克风险。Objective：Research cirrhotic patients with esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding rapid hemostasismethods.Methods：By observing and evaluating the effect of three-cavity tube hemostasis on the 25 cases ot liver cir- rhotic vairiceal hemorrhage.Result：apart from one case died from excessive hemorrhage,the other patients were dis- charged as usual.Conclusion：Three-cavity tube hemostasis takes effect quickly and effectively reduce the risk of hem- orrhagic shock.
