摘  要:目的:研究BMP-2缓释复合物的成骨性能,并对比其与单纯BMP-2间成骨差异。方法:该实验采用藻酸钠、BMP-2和氯化钙混合制备藻酸钙-BMP复合材料,进行体外观察和兔动物试验,通过用x线、组织学、骨密度等方法,研究其诱导成骨活性。结果:缓释组和BMP-2组均在4~12周形成新生骨组织,两组标本均为编织骨形态,x线、组织学、骨密度等方法,均提示两组在骨新骨形成量上存在显著差异,缓释组新骨形成量大于单纯BMP-2组。结论:BMP-2缓释载体复合物刺激成骨与直接应用BMP-2刺激成骨对新骨形成量存在显著差异,缓释复合物可以持续稳定促进新骨形成,达到缩短骨愈合的目的。Objective:To evaluate the osteoinduction capacity of gradual release canner for BMF-2 composites, and Comparison between only BMP-2 and gradual release cartier for BMP-2 in repairing bone defects. Methods:Cal- cium alginate/BMP composites were prepared with sodium alginate, bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and cal- cium chloride. The composites were observed in vitro and tested with ectopic bone formation, compared with the BMP-2. The osteoinduction capacity was evaluated by X-ray, histological exam ination, biomechanics analysis, and bone density measurement. Results:Bone induced by CaAG-BMP-2 and BMP-2 composites were both found as wo- ven bone between 4 and 12 weeks; The results of X-ray, histological exam ination, biomechanics analysis, and bone density measurement revealed CaAG-BMP-2 were much better than those in BMP-2 groups. There were much differences between these two groups in the amount of bone formation. Conclusion:Newly-formed bone can be induced by the composites of calcium alginate/BMP, more than only BMP-2 groups. Gradual release carrier for BMP-2 com- posites can be sustained and stable to promote new bone formation, and shorten the bone healing.
