摘  要:为掌握目前长春及周边地区高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的流行动态及遗传变异规律,选取PRRSV CC-13株的部分Nsp2和GP5蛋白基因为研究对象,通过RT-PCR方法扩增获得这些基因片段,对其进行克隆、测序,再用MEGA(4.0)等生物软件分别对其核苷酸及其推导氨基酸序列与从GenBank中选取的10余株代表毒株的相应序列进行比较。这不仅为CC-13分离毒株的遗传变异特性及来源提供了解,同时也为本地区PRRS的防制及进一步研究本地区PRRSV的分子生物学特性提供数据依据。In order to investigate the current epidemic dynamics and genetic variation of highly pathogenic PRRSV in Changchun and its surrounding areas.The Nsp2 and GP5 protein genes of PRRSV CC-13 strain were studied in this experiment.The two gene fragments were obtained by RT-PCR,and then cloned and sequenced,respectively.Both the nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequences of the obtained two genes were compared with the corresponding sequences over more than 10 representative strains in GenBank by the MEGA(4.0)biological software.The study will not only provide a preliminary understanding for the genetic variation characteristics and source background of the CC-13 isolated strain,but also provide a data basis for the control and the molecular biological property of regional PRRS.
