关于中国朝鲜族聚居边疆农村贫困问题的成因分析——以延边朝鲜族自治州为主

摘　　要：近年来,中国朝鲜族聚居边疆地区各级政府不断加强对农村的扶贫力度,努力改善农村贫困人口的生活条件,取得了一定的效果。但中国朝鲜族聚居边疆农村还存在着贫困人口身体素质差,老年人贫困问题突出,贫困家庭适龄男青年结婚难等较大的问题。为此,从中国朝鲜族聚居边疆农村贫困人口的基本生活现状出发,以经济发展,农业生产环境,受教育程度,农村劳动力等方面分析其原因,为解决中国朝鲜族聚居边疆农村贫困问题提供依据。In recent years,the governments of all grades of Chinese-Korean inhabited border areas continue to strengthen assisting the poverty in rural areas,and get a certain effect through improving the living condition of these areas.But there still exists several big problems,such as poor physical quality of poverty,the elderly poverty problems,marriage problem of poverty families and so on.Therefore,based on the living conditions of Chinese-Korean inhabited rural areas,we analyzed the reasons from economic development,environment of agricultural production,level of education,labor force of the rural areas,and gived several suggestions on solving the rural area＇s poverty problem of Chinese-Korean inhabited border areas.
