摘　　要：目的:对阿尔茨海默病患者主要照顾者生活质量进行调查,分析其影响因素。方法:以SF-36健康调查量表为测量工具,采用横断面抽样方法,对120例阿尔茨海默病患者的照顾者的生活质量进行测量。结果:除社会功能维度外,照顾者其他生活质量维度得分均低于一般人群,照顾者患病情况、自我批评、难堪愤怒是影响生活质量的主要因素。结论:阿尔茨海默病患者的照顾者有较高的负担水平,提高照顾者生活质量首先要有效减轻照顾负担。Objective： To investigate the quality of life of primary family caregivers of Alzheimer disease patients and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods： Totally 120 family caregivers of Alzheimer disease patients were investigated with Medical Outcomes Study Health Status Short Form（SF-36）. Results： Scores of seven subscales（including physical functioning, role -physical, bodily pain, general health, vitality, role-emotional, mental health） in SF-36 were lower than that of general population with or without chronic disease, self-criticism, embarrassment or anger were the main influential factors of quality-of-life. Conclusion： Family caregivers of Alzheimer disease patients have high level of burden of care that should be relieve for improve the quality of life.
