摘  要:王台铺煤矿XV^#煤顶板属于坚硬难垮顶板,由于条件限制和存在问题不宜采用传统的超前深孔预裂爆破弱化方式处理顶板问题,采用定向水力压裂技术在井下工作面进行现场试验,通过现场围岩地质力学特征测试确定定向水力压裂方案。工作面回采后通过监测支架受力,得出预压裂工作面顶板初次来压步距在26-27 m之间,水力压裂控制顶板效果良好,并且克服了深孔预裂爆破中存在的不足,为该技术的推广应用提供了依据。The roof of No. XV coal in Wangtaipu coal mine is hard and stable roof, for the existing problems involved with the hard and stable roof control in coal mine by means of deep hole advance pre-split blasting, the directional hydraulic fracturing as well as its underground tests in Wangtaipu coal mine was presented. According to rock geomechanical features field test of the site, the directional hydraulic fracturing program is determined. By monitoring the support force After face recovery,Distance away from the initial pressure on the roof we receive is between 26 to 27 meter. The good effect by means of hydraulic fracturing provides the basis for the promotion and application, and the shortages of the deep hole advance pre-split blasting were conquered. It is conductive to the technology.
