摘  要:综述了液压支架立柱活塞杆表面修复工艺的研究和发展现状,对各种工艺进行对比,目前应用的镀硬铬工艺亟需取代;激光熔覆与热喷涂工艺已与镀硬铬的性能相当,但因成本高、工艺复杂推广缓慢;等离子熔覆(PTA)相对激光熔覆与热喷涂成本低、工艺简单,能够满足液压活塞杆的性能要求,可取代镀硬铬工艺,应用前景广阔。Based on the R and D situation, the reparation process for hydraulic support piston rod were reviewed and compared. Electroplated hard chromium(EHC) which was used widely should be replaced. The performance of laser cladding and thermal spraying was comparative with the performance of EHC, but they are restricted in the industrial application by the high cost and complicated process. Plasma transferred arc welding(PTA) was low cost and simple process compared with laser cladding and thermal spraying, which could meet the performance requirements of piston rod and substitute EHC. It has broad application prospects.
