摘　　要：针对快速定量装车系统普遍使用的平板闸门,利用离散单元法建立平板闸门工作时料仓内的物料堆积模型并获得闸板所受载荷大小,在有限元工具中进行建模加载,得出平板闸门在满载状态下闸板的受力变化,为装车站平板闸门设计加工提供依据。Based on the discrete element method, material accumulation model of the plate gate is built and the load of the gate board is obtained. Loading the results into the finite element modeling tools and the board stress change of the plate gate can be analyzed, and also the improvement of the plate gate structure will be provided for the designer.
