三软大倾角煤层条件下两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架设计研究

摘　　要：根据山西大远煤业特殊的"三软"(顶板软、底板软、煤软)煤层赋存条件,结合两柱掩护式支架和放顶煤支架的特点,设计满足山西大远煤业特殊地质条件下煤层开采,ZFY4800/17/28型两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架,该项目充分考虑煤层特点,研究设计适合三软煤层条件的支架结构形式。在类似煤层条件开采中,具有一定的推广价值。According to thespecial ＂three soft＂ coal seam（soft roof, soft coal, soft bottom） of Shanxi Dayuan Coal Group, and combining the characteristics oftwo-leg shield support and top caving support,the two-leg top caving shield support has been designed for satisfying special geological conditions of coal seam mining in Dayuan Coal Group, the project is fully considering the characteristics of coal seam,researching and designing thestructure form of support for suitable the three soft coal seam conditions.There is a certain popularization valuein in the similar conditions of coal seam.
