快开式隔膜压滤机在永锦选煤厂的应用及改造

摘　　要：针对河南禹州地区煤质煤泥含量高、浮选精煤粒度组成过细、细粒级颗粒偏多等极难选特征,为了优化浮选精煤脱水工艺、降低洗精煤水分,河南永锦选煤有限公司通过应用KZG350/1600-U型快开式隔膜压滤机,并在应用过程中进行技术改造,实现了压滤机精煤水分的有效控制（压滤机滤饼水分已由长期的24%-26%降至16%-18%）,降低了材料消耗,增加了经济收益,提升了该厂的自动化程度与工作效率。For Yuzhou Area coal Henan content high coal slime, there is more and smaller grain composition in clean coal of flotation, and so many difficult characteristics leading to difficult to choose.In order to optimize the dehydration process and reduce the moisture of clean coal of flotation,KZG350/1600-U quick-opening diaphragm filter press was applied in Yongjin, Henan coal energy Co.,Ltd., Through the modification of the technical problems in the process of application one by one（the moisture has dropped from 24% -26% to 16% -18%）. It also reduced the material consumption and increased the economic benefit. The degree of automation of the factory and work efficiency were improved finally.
