摘　　要：近年来,海盗活动猖獗、手段不断改进,船东对新建船舶的防海盗措施愈加关注。该文从船厂设计角度探讨船舶防海盗措施,介绍了船舶保安报警系统、船舶避难所设置中的隐蔽性和安全性设计要求与方法以及其他防海盗的新技术、新方法,为船舶设计、建造提供参考。In recent years, pirate events become more and more serious with improving pirate actions. Shipowners pay more attention to the counter-measures of new-built ships. This paper discusses the counter-measures from the viewpoint of design in shipyard, and introduces ship security alert system, requirements and methods of concealment and safety of citadel on ship, and the new technologies and methods to prevent the pirates, which can provide references for the design and construction of ships.
