摘 要:采用GC/MS分析解聚产物,研究了番泻叶药渣在超临界甲醇条件下的解聚产物。结果表明:番泻叶药渣超临界甲醇解聚产物所含成分复杂。GC/MS分析鉴定出了58种化合物,化合物类型主要有酯类、酮类、醇类、烯烃类、酚类、含氮类及其它类化合物,其中大部分是甲酯类化合物,共27种,相对百分含量为59.43%;第二大类的是酮类化合物,相对含量为15.07%,首次鉴定出羽扇烯酮,相对含量达11.31%。甲醇参与了番泻叶药渣甲醇超临界解聚反应,同时存在酯化反应和超临界萃取作用,番泻叶药渣的超临界解聚反应的机理有待更深入的研究。该研究结果为番泻叶药渣的进一步利用提供了科学依据。The depolymerization product of Senna residue in supercritical methanol was analyzed with GC /MS.The GC/MS analyzed results showed that the product of Senna residue contained complex consituerts .58 compounds including esters, ketones, phenols, alkenes, phenols, nitrogen compounds and others were identified with GC/MS.Most of them were methyl ester compounds.The number of methyl ester compounds was 27 and its relative content was 59.43%. Ketones ( relative content was 15.07%) were the second type of compounds , which was the first time to identify lupenone with relative content of 11.31% from Senna.Methanol was involved in supercritical depolymerization reaction of Senna residue.Esterification reaction and supercritical fluid extraction function were also existed at the same time.The mechanism of depolymerization reaction of Senna residue needed to be further study.The results offered a scientific basis for further utilization of Senna residue.
