摘 要:分析了原有预成型和液压挤条两段式生产工艺存在的缺点,自主研发了一种新型的一体式的液压挤条机,介绍了该挤条机的工作原理和结构特点,并成功地将其应用于裂解汽油加氢催化剂载体的生产。试验结果表明:使用新型液压挤条机生成后,单台设备的产能由0.25 m3/天提高到1.5 m3/天,单位人数由7人/班减少到4人/班,单位能耗由15 kW·h下降到7.5 kW·h。The original performing and hydraulic squeezed the disadvantages of the two sections of the production process, independent research and development of a new kind of one -piece hydraulic extrusion machine were analyzed , the working principle of the extruding machine , and the characteristics of the structure , and successfully applied to the production of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation catalyst carrier were introduced.Test results showed that the use of new type hydraulic extrusion machine made the capacity of single equipment from 0.25 m3/day to 1.5 m3/day, the number of units by 7 people reduced to 4 people, and unit energy consumption consists of 15 kW· h felt to 7.5 kW· h.
