摘　　要：简述了四辊压延机生产工艺流程。DCS800为ABB公司的直流传动装置,介绍了其性能特点。以压延机中干燥装置和压延之间大张力区为例,给出了张力设计原理图。本控制系统满足了生产工艺要求。This paper described the 4-roll calender production process and performance characteristics of DCS800 which is a dc transmission system designed by ABB company. Take great tension between drying device and the rolling area in calenders as an example, the tension design principle diagram is given. This control system can meet the requirement of production process.
