摘　　要：在案件侦破过程中,警方与疑犯作为博弈双方都会为自己的利益而采取相应的策略。作为对立的主体,双方对于某些公开信息的认知显然是不同的,对于警方公开发布的信息,疑犯可能并不相信,即使这些信息是真实的。应在动态认知逻辑的框架内来讨论公开发布某些信息后警方和疑犯的认知会发生哪些变化,从而更深入地了解博弈双方的策略,为后续工作提供理论支持。In the process of detecting a case, both the police and the suspect will adopt relevant strategies for their own interests. As two opponent subjects, the two parties＇ cognition about some public information is quite different. The suspect may be suspicious of the information released hy the police even if it＇ s real. Within the framework of dynamic epistemic logic, an attempt is made to discuss the cognitive changes of the both parties when the information is publicly released, and thus gain an insight into their strategies as well as providing theoretical support for the subsequent work.
