摘 要:目的:了解我院下呼吸道感染的多重耐药菌分布及耐药情况,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供病原学依据。方法:对我院下呼吸道多重耐药菌感染的73例患者分离的103株菌株的药敏情况进行分析。结果:我院下呼吸道感染多重耐药菌排前3位的分别为肺炎克雷伯菌40株(38.8%)、大肠埃希菌25株(24.3%)、金黄色葡萄球菌14株(13.6%)。感染的多重耐药菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、亚胺培南、万古霉素保持较高的敏感率,对其他抗菌药物耐药严重。结论:我院下呼吸道多重耐药菌感染以革兰阴性菌为主,细菌耐药率较高。临床应重视病原学送检,结合药敏试验结果,合理选择抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the distribution of the multidrug-resistant bacteria and analyze the drug resistance in patients with lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital so as to provide etiologic basic for clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents. METHODS:The susceptibility and multidrug resistance of 103 strains isolated from 73 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were analyzed. RESULTS:The top three multidrug-resistant bacteria in lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital were Klebsiella pneumoniae (40 strains/ 38.8%),E. coli (25 strains/24.3%) and Staphylococcus aureus (14 strains/13.6%). The multidrug-resistant bacteria were sensitive to cefoperazone/sulbactam,piperacillin/tazobactam sodium,imipenem and vancomycin but resistant to other antibiotics. CONCLUSION:Gram-negative bacteria were the predominant multidrug-resistant bacteria in lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital and the bacteria were highly resistant to antibiotics. Great attention should be paid to pa-thology test and the susceptibility results so as to achieve rational choice of antibiotics.
