摘　　要：目的探讨伴发神经系统损伤的原发性干燥综合征临床特点。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2011年5月该院确诊的68例pSS合并神经系统损伤患者,并收集影像学及生化检查等临床资料,总结其临床特点。结果神经系统损害常为pSS并发神经系统损伤患者的首发症状,在神经系统的表现为多样性的特点。结论 pSS患者病史、体检非常重要,应及早行免疫学等相关检查,明确诊断及时治疗。【Objective】To evaluate the clinical feature and diagnosis of neurological complications in primary Sjogren＇s syndrome（pSS） cases.【Methods】The materials about theplasma, cerebrospinal fluid, head and spinal MRI examinations of 68 pSS cases were collected. Clinical feature and diagnosis were then analyzed.【Results】The nervous system injury firstly appeared and its featureswere diversity in neurological complications in primary Sjogren＇s syndrome cases.【Conclusion】Detailed history collection and physical examination of neurological complications in primary Sjogren＇s syndrome casesare important and the immunologic chemical examination is essential. Patients with pSS should be early diagnosed and treated.
