摘  要:目的分析动态中和系统和经后路椎间融合术治疗腰椎退行性变的疗效差异。方法选择在该院接受治疗的腰椎退行性变患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受经后路椎间融合术治疗的对照组及接受动态中和系统治疗的观察组,比较两组患者的手术相关指标、腰椎功能评分及腰椎活动度差异。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量及住院时间均明显少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后6及12个月的腰椎间盘功能评分值均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后的治疗节段ROM值明显大于对照组(P<0.05),邻近节段治疗后ROM值明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论动态中和系统用于腰椎退行性变患者的治疗,手术创伤较小,且在治疗后腰椎功能及活动度上具有明显优势。【Objective】To compare the dynamic neutralization system and posterior lumbar interbody fusion in treating lumbar degenerative disease. 【Methods】The patients with Lumbar degenerative disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group treated with Posterior lumbar interbody fusion and observation group with dynamic neutralization system, surgery related index differences, lumbar function score and lumbar spine mobilitywere compared.【Results】Observation group patients operation time, intraoperative blood loss, total length of hospital stay were significantly less than control group patients(P〈0.05). Observation group patients were treated for 6months and 12 months after lumbar function score values were significantly lower than control group patients(P〈0.05). Observation group patients postoperative segmental ROM value was greater than control group significantly(P〈0.05), adjacent segment ROM value was less than control group patients significantly after treatment(P〈0.05).【Conclusions】Dynamicneutralization systemis used for the treatment of patients with lumbar degeneration, with less surgical trauma, and after treatment on lumbar function and mobility has obvious advantages.
