摘 要:为了保证电力系统安全稳定的运行,需对电力系统进行可靠性评估。针对风电场和光伏电场接入电力系统后对电力系统可靠性的影响,提出了风电场及光伏电场的多态分析模型。建立了可再生能源发电系统的可靠性模型,并将元件故障率及可再生能源的不确定性都考虑在内。采用状态枚举法和条件概率建立了电力系统的概率模型。利用模糊C-均值聚类算法对状态模型进行分析。对加入风电与光伏发电的RBTS和IEEERTS测试系统进行可靠性评估,计算得到不同的可靠性指标。实验结果充分证实了所提出方法的简单性与准确性。It is necessary to evaluate the reliability of the power system for the power system operation safty and stability. The influence of the wind farms and PV farms on the reliability of the power system has been studied. The multi-state models of the wind farms and PV farms are proposed in this paper. Reliability models of the renewable- based units are developed as well. In these models,both component failure rates and uncertainty nature of renewable resources are taken into account. The state enumeration method and the conditional probability have been adopted to build the probabilistic model of the power system. The fuzzy C- means clustering algorithm have been used to analyze the state models. The reliability evaluation of RBTS and IEEE- RTS with wind and solar generation has been implemented. Different reliability indices are calculated. The obtained results well confirm the simplicity and accuracy of the proposed method.
