摘 要:对某云母型含钒石煤硫酸浸出过程中钒、钾、镁的浸出相关性进行研究来揭示钒的浸出机理。结果表明,钒、钾、镁具有很好的共生关系,主要赋存于云母类矿物中,部分镁赋存于方解石中。低温下,以游离态的高价钒浸出为主,钒—钾、钒—镁的浸出相关性均较差,而高温下,以晶格束缚态的低价钒浸出为主,钒—钾、钒—镁均呈现出很好的浸出相关性。硫酸浓度对钒、钾、镁的浸出相关性影响较小,95℃时,不同硫酸浓度下钒—钾、钒—镁均具有很好的浸出相关性。含镁方解石在硫酸中的溶解速率较快,同等条件下,镁的浸出率高于钒和钾。Relevancy of V,K and Mg in sulfuric acid leaching process was investigated to uncover leaching mechanism of vanadium for mica-type vanadium-bearing stone coal.The results show that V,K and Mg have close symbiotic relationship in mica mine,with part of magnesium occurring in calcite.At low temperature,both vanadium-potassium and vanadium-magnesium show a poor leaching correlation,and leaching of dissociative high valence vanadium is prevailing.At high temperature,both vanadiumpotassium and vanadium-magnesium present a good leaching correlation,and leaching of low valence vanadium trapped in lattice is prevailing.Concentration of sulfuric acid has less effect on relevancy of V,K and Mg,and both vanadium-potassium and vanadium-magnesium have a good leaching correlation under different concentration of sulfuric acid at 95 ℃.Under the same condition,leaching rate of magnesium is higher than that of potassium and vanadium due to a faster dissolution rate of magnesium-bearing calcite in sulfuric acid.
