摘 要:采用共混熔融纺丝法制备聚丙烯(PP)/聚苯乙烯(PS)共混纤维,在纺程上不同位置收集纤维,研究了纺程上分散相PS的形态演变以及共混组成和拉伸比对形态变化的影响。结果表明:纺程上分散相由挤出丝中的球形变为卷绕丝中的椭球形;随着分散相含量的增加,挤出丝中分散相数目增多,分散相之间发生聚并,直径增加,纺丝过程中在拉伸应力作用下,分散相发生形变;随着拉伸比的增加,卷绕丝中分散相长径比增加,分布变宽。Polypropylene (PP)/polystyrene (PS) blend fibers were prepared by melt spinning and were collected at different positions along the spinning path. The morphology evolution of the dispersed phase PS along the spinning path was investigated. And the effects of the blend composition and draw ratio on the morphology evolution were discussed. The results showed that the dispersed phase developed from spheres in extruded fibers to ellipsoids in take-up fibers; the droplets of the dispersed phase increased and the coalescence occurred among the dispersed phase and caused the diameter to increase while increasing the content of the dispersed phase; the tensile stress led to the deformation of the dispersed phase during the spinning process; and the dispersed phase of the take-up fibers was of greater aspect ratio and wider distribution with the increase of draw ratio.
