摘 要:简述了中纯度对苯二甲酸(MTA)深度氧化工艺及其机理;介绍了MTA生产技术的特点,即采用粗对苯二甲酸(CTA)深度氧化工艺;综述了CTA深度氧化工艺及其机理的研究现状,CTA深度氧化的关键是CTA固体中对羧基苯甲醛的去除,CTA深度氧化基本符合Ostwald熟化规律,MTA生产中深度氧化工艺主要有两种即Eastman的EPTA工艺和三菱化成的QTA工艺,其中EPTA工艺的对二甲苯氧化及CTA深度氧化条件较为缓和,在MTA生产中采用EPTA工艺居多;分析了全球MTA的生产现状及产品质量,指出我国MTA产品市场缺口较大,应进一步改进MTA生产技术,提高其市场竞争力。The aging oxidation process and mechanism of moderately-purified terephthalic acid(MTA) were briefly introduced. The features of MTA production technology, i.e. crude terephthalic acid (CTA) aging oxidation process, were introduced. The research progress in CTA aging oxidation and mechanism thereof was reviewed. The key of CTA aging oxidation was the removal of 4-carboxybenzaldehyde from CTA solid. The CTA aging oxidation basically obeyed Ostwald ripening theory. The aging oxida- tion technologies for MTA production dominantly involved Eastman EPTA process and Mitsubishi Chemical QTA process. EPTA process was more popular in MTA production clue to its moderate p-xylene oxidation and CTA aging oxidation conditions. The global MTA quality and production situation were analyzed. It was pointed out that a relatively large shortage exited in China MTA market, and the production technology of MTA should be further improved to enhance the market competitiveness of MTA.
