膈下逐瘀冲剂对输卵管炎性不孕大鼠TNF-α和TGF-β蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨膈下逐瘀冲剂对输卵管炎性不孕大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-α)和转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)蛋白表达的影响及其疗效机理,进一步指导临床。方法选取鼠龄为8-12周的48只wistar大鼠作为研究对象,采用混合菌法接种大鼠输卵管,构建出输卵管炎性不孕大鼠的模型,将48只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、阳性对照组6组,每组各8只,用酶联免疫吸附法检测TNF-α含量及免疫组化法检测TGF-β蛋白的表达。结果膈下逐瘀冲剂高剂量组疗效明显高于中、低、阳性对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膈下逐瘀冲剂能够明显抑制输卵管炎性不孕大鼠的TNF-α含量和增加TGF-β蛋白的表达,从而达到抑制炎症的目的。Objeetlve To investigate the effect of Gexiazhuyu granules on protein expression of TNF - α （TNF - Q） and TGF - β （transforming growth factor - β ） in rats of oviduct inflammatory infertility and its mechanism. Methods 48 wistar rats, aged 8 - 12 weeks were subjects, mixed bacteria inoculated rats fallopian tubes, constructed salpingitis infertility rat model and rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group, positive control group, each group has 8 rats, using en- zyme - linked immunosorbent to assay TNF - α levels and immunohistochemical assay TGF - β protein expression. Results The effect of the Gexiazhuyu granules high dose group was significantly higher than low positive control group, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Gexiashuyu granules can significantly inhibit the expression of TGF - β protein in rat salpingitis infertility and in- creased TNF - α levels, so as to achieve the purpose of suppressing inflammation.
