新癀片联合美满霉素治疗痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察美满霉素联合新癀片治疗中、重度痤疮的疗效与安全性。方法 120例痤疮患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予盐酸米诺环素和新癀片治疗,对照组给予盐酸米诺环素治疗。两组同时外用阿达帕林凝胶,疗程均为6周,于治疗前及治疗后第2、6周分别计数皮损,观察疗效和不良反应。结果在治疗的第2周和第6周,治疗组临床疗效均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新癀片联合米诺环素治疗寻常型痤疮起效快,疗效好。Objective To observe the curative effect and security of Xinhuang tablet combined with Minocycline in treatment of acne. Methods 120 cases with ache were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were given oral minocycline, hydrochloride cap- sules and Xinhuang tablet, the control group were given minocycline, at the same time, both groups used Adapalene Gel and treated 6 weeks. Before and after the treatment at second week and sixth week, counted skin lesions, curative effect and adverse reactions were observed. Re- suits For the second week treatment and sixth week treatment,the clinical efficacy of treatment group were significantly higher than the con- trol group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xinhuang tablet combined with Minocycline treatment of ordinary type acne has fast and good curative effect.
