中西医结合治疗人流术后闭经临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗人流术后宫腔粘连继发性闭经临床疗效。方法 63例人流术后宫腔粘连患者在宫腔镜下分离粘连后,放置宫内节育器,再行雌孕激素人工周期,同时服用中药治疗。结果治疗后总有效率为98%。结论中西医结合治疗人流术后宫腔粘连继发性闭经的临床疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese - western therapy on abortion intrauterine adhesions secondary amenorrhea. Methods 63 cases of abortion intrauterine adhesions separating adhesion with hysteroscopy,inserted Iuds, then treated with es- trogen and progesterone artificial cycle and given Chinese herbs. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate was 98%. Conclusion Chinese- western therapy on abortion intrauterine adhesions secondary amenorrhea has good clinical curative effect.
