中药洗液治疗鼻息肉术后患者临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察中药洗液治疗鼻息肉术后患者临床疗效。方法 99例鼻息肉患者依据治疗术后洗液不同分为生理盐水组、鼻用海水组和中药洗液组,比较3组用药后症状改善情况、临床疗效等。结果中药洗液组总有效率,鼻塞、鼻漏改善情况以及治疗10d后鼻粘膜修复情况均优于生理盐水组和鼻用海水组(P<0.05)。结论中药洗液在临床上能够很好的修复鼻粘膜,改善患者临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of herbal lotion in treatment of patients with nasal polyps after surgery. Methods 99 cases of nasal polyps patients according to different postoperative lotion treatment were divided into saline group, nasal seawater group and herbal lo- tion group. The improvement of symptoms, clinical efficacy were compared. Results The total effective rate, the improvement of nasal con- gestion and rhinorrhea, the nasal mucosa repair after treating 10 days in herbal lotion group were better than that of saline group and nasal sea- water group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Herbal lotion can repair nasal mucosa in clinic and improve the clinical symptoms.
