隔物温和灸联合来氟米特治疗肾虚证类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察隔附子饼温和灸联合来氟米特治疗肾虚证类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法 68例肾虚证类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组:药物组给予来氟米特口服;隔物温和灸组在药物组治疗基础上再给予隔附子饼温和灸。结果药物组和隔物温和灸组两组的总疗效比较,以隔物温和灸组的疗效为优(P<0.05);ACR疗效评价:隔物温和灸组达ACR70缓解的患者比例高于药物组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),达ACR20、ACR50缓解的患者比例大于药物组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论隔附子饼温和灸联合来氟米特治疗肾虚证类风湿关节炎的疗效优于单纯来氟米特口服组,并且联合应用时能明显降低副作用的发生率。Objective To observe the effect of Fuzi case - separated moxibusion combined with Leflunomide capsules in treatment of kidney deficiency syndrome rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Sixty - eight cases were randomly divided into 2 groups ： the drug group were trea- ted with Leflunomide capsules. The cake - separated mild moxibustion group were treated with the same treatment as the drug group, and Fuzi case - separated moxibusion was added. Results After treatment, the markedly effective in cake - separated mild moxibustion group （91.2 % ） was higher than the drug group（73.5 % ）. There were significant differences between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）, The patients who met ACR50 and ACR70 standards in cake - separated mild moxibustion group were more than the drug group . There were significant differences between two groups （P 〈 O. 05 ）. The patients who met ACR20 standards in cake - separated mild moxibustion group were more than the drug group . But there were no significant differences between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Fuzi case - separated moxibusion group was superior to drug group. And this therapy can reduce adverse side effects.
