摘 要:柯韵伯以《伤寒论》第7条为全书之总纲,意在点出仲景以阴阳为纲,但失之于以狭括广,有失于仲景本义,李培生教授特为正之。柯韵伯认为,仲景之六经不同于经络之经;李老特为纠正,认为仲景之六经与经络之手足三阴三阳并不对立而是有联系的。柯韵伯认为,仲景之六经,为百病立法;李老认为,外感与杂病不能分裂开来,对立辨治,但伤寒与杂病还是有区别的。柯韵伯认为,仲景之方,因症而设,非因经而设;李老指出,柯氏的学术思想体系中,仍然是六经统方证。Ke Yunbo took the 7th item as the general principle of Treatise on Febrile Diseases in order to point that in Zhang Zhongjing' s opinion, yin - yang was the outline. But Ke Yunbo lost in the just seeing one side of the whole, which Professor Li Peisheng corrected. Ke Yunbo thought that Zhang Zhongjing' s six meridians are different from meridians. Professor Li Peisheng corrected that these two kinds of me- ridians are not opposite but related. Ke Yunbo thought that Zhang Zhongjing' s six meridians could be used in miscellaneous diseases,not just exogenous diseases. Professor Li Peisheng corrected that exogenous diseases and miscellaneous diseases have relationship with each other. But they have difference in fact. Ke Yunbo thought that Zhang Zhongjing' s prescriptions were set by diseases not by meridians. Professor Li Peish- eng corrected that,in Ke Yunbo' s academic ideology sysiem, Zhongjing' s six meridians lead prescriptions and syndromes.
