摘　　要：目的探讨实时超声引导下经皮肾脏穿刺活检术在临床中的应用及其价值。方法回顾性分析2010年9月—2013年8月在我院行肾活检术的103例肾疾病患者在超声引导下行活检术,取材过程,穿刺针数,病理结果及并发症情况。结果除1例因取材不足未能满足病理诊断要求外,其余102例均取得临床病理诊断。成功率为99.03%,除1例穿刺3针外,其余所有患者均穿刺2针。有5例出现并发症,均未经处理自行消失。结论实时超声引导下经皮肾脏穿刺可提高肾活检术成功率,操作简单,用时短,定位准确,并发症少,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of real-time ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy. Methods The sampling process, puncture count, pathological findings and complications of 103 patients with kidney disease （from September 2010 to August 2013） who had undergone ultrasonography were retrospectively analyzed. Results Except one case that failed to meet the requirements of pathological diagnosis due to insufficient materials, all the cases were successful in getting clinical and pathological diagnosis, with a successful rate of 99.03%. All the patients were punctured twice except one who was punctured thrice. Complications occurred in five patients and then disappeared without treatment. Conclusion Real-time ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy renal biopsy can improve the success rate of renal biopsy. It is simple and takes short time, and has advantage of accurate positioning, less complications and high clinical value.
