摘 要:通过对影响气化炉炉况稳定因素的试验和研究表明,在适当的气化剂氧含量下,保持造气炉炉篦在一定转速下连续运转,造气炉能够保持长周期稳定运行。在现有的造气炉使用条件下,半焦可以用来制取高浓度CO,但产生的煤气中H2体积分数较高(3.5%),需增加脱氢装置;而用白煤所制取的煤气中CO含量更低,氢气含量更高,目前不可取。催化剂(Na2CO3)在一定浓度范围内对制取高浓度CO有明显催化作用,但炉况不易控制。The test and research on the factors that affect operational stability of the gasifier showed that the gasifier could have a long and stable operation on condition that the oxygen content of the gasification agent and the rotation speed of the grate were under proper control. Under the current operational conditions, semi-coke could be used to produce CO, but the volume fraction of H2 in the gas thus produced was as high as 3.5%, and a dehydrogenation unit became necessary. The gas produced from anthracite had even lower CO and higher Hz contents, which was presently undesirable. The catalyst NaECO3 had evident catalytic action in producing high purity CO as far as it was within a proper concentration range. But it was difficult to control the operation of the gasifier.
