摘　　要：基于抚河流域河道外生态需水的调查分析和研究,对研究区的水资源自然条件和城市化水平之间的规律进行剖析,根据生态需水机理研究,结合河道外生态需水计算方法,分析抚河流域生态环境存在的问题,探索抚河流域水资源和水环境状况得到改善的方法.Through studying the ecological water demand of river outside in Fuhe River basin,the actual s ituation of the ecological water demand of river outside in Fuhe River basin is investigated and analyzed. The law between the natural condition of water resources in this research area and urbanization level is discussed. Based on ecological water requirement mechanism research and combined with the calculation method of the ecological water demand of river outside,the existing problems on the ecological environment in Fuhe River basin is stated in order to improve the condition of water resources and water environment of this basin.
