腰椎滑脱症手术治疗的临床现状

摘　　要：腰椎滑脱症是脊柱骨科临床常见疾病,随着老年化社会的到来,该病发病率逐年升高,它给患者的工作和生活带来严重的影响。多数患者经过保守治疗症状可以缓解,部分患者需要手术治疗。目前腰椎滑脱症的手术治疗方案多种多样且疗效各异。手术方式包括传统开放手术和微创手术。符合要求的手术治疗应该包括受滑脱椎体的复位或部分复位、受压神经组织的减压、滑脱椎体与邻近椎体的融合。手术前需严格掌握手术适应证及慎重考虑手术方案。With the advent of ageing society,lumbar spondylolisthesis has become a common disease in spinal column orthopedics,which has an increasing incidence rate year by year and brings severe impactto the work and life of the patients.Symptoms of most patients can be alleviated after conservative treatment,although there will still be some patients that need surgical treatment.There are many kinds of therapeutic methods to cure this disease with different curative effects.Surgical methods include traditional open surgery and minimally invasive surgery.Satisfactory surgical treatment should include the reset or partially reset of slipped vertebral bodies,decompression of the compressed nervous tissues,and fusion of slipped vertebral bodies and adjacent vertebral bodies.Before operation,operation indication should be thoroughly understood and the operation plan should be decided deliberately.
