摘  要:为了改善比例阀在使用过程中由于出现质量问题而导致设备故障的局面,研制一种测试比例阀特性、校正节流孔尺寸的试验台对实际设备制造具有重要意义。该试验台根据检测比例阀和节流孔的需求,对液压元器件、控制系统和数据采集系统进行选型,搭建一套自动测试平台。系统采用LabVIEW软件+数据采集卡作为数据采集平台,实现了特性曲线的实时图形化显示。试验结果表明:比例阀测试试验台满足了比例阀的各项性能测试要求,该项检测技术对比例阀特性测试具有一定意义,适合工程机械车辆工程行业搭建自己的比例阀测试平台。For the purpose of decreasing equipment failure of proportional valve in the operation process due to quality problems, the development of a experiment platform for testing proportional valve characteristics and correcting orifice sizes is of great significance to the actual equipment manufacturing. The experiment platform is established with hydraulic components, control system and data acquisition system according to the requirement of testing proportional valves and orifices. The software LabVIEW and the data acquisition card are used as data collection platform to achieve real time graphical display of the characteristic curve. The results show that the proportional valve test experiment platform can meets the demand of various properties of the proportional valve test. The test technology is important to proportional valve characteristic test and suitable for construction machinery industry, vehicle engineering industry to build their own proportional valve test platform.
