摘  要:以后铰支点可移式起升系统为研究对象,运用AMESim仿真软件平台对其进行了建模仿真。分析了起升过程中水平油缸位移和起竖臂起升角度变化情况,仿真结果符合起升系统实际要求。在此基础上,通过注入故障参数对系统典型故障进行了无损故障模拟,分析了故障机理,获取了故障样本,为起升系统故障诊断提供了依据。Lifting systems with movable back-hinged-bearings are taken as the object of study, and the model is established and simulated using AMESim. The horizontal cylinder displacement and the lifting arm angle in the lifting process are analyzed, which conforms to the actual requirements of the lifting systems. Moreover, typical faults of the system are simulated non-destructively by injecting fault parameters, and the failure mechanism is analyzed,and fault samples are obtained, which provide a basis for the lifting systems fault diagnosis.
