摘　　要：ZK8Cr是用于制作中空钎具材料的重要钢种之一,通过60tConsteel EAF→LF+VD→CC(150 mm×150mm)生产线,采用出钢终点C、[O]、S等含量的控制,造较低碱度精炼渣,少量Al脱氧,VD真空处理,有效的保护浇铸,弱冷、慢拉及使用电磁搅拌等工艺技术所生产的ZK8Cr中空钎具钢,夹杂物的数量、形貌、尺寸得以有效控制,铸坯质量良好,完全满足低成本且稳定高寿命的钎具钢的生产需要。ZK8Cr is one of the important type of steel employed by Guiyang Special Steel Co Ltd to produce hollow drilling steel. ZK8Cr hollow rock drill steel is produced on 60t consteel EAF - LF ＋ VD - CC （ 150 mm ＊ 150 mm） production line with the following processes： reducing the steel [0] , low basicity refining slag, VD vacuum treatment, casting with effective protection, weak cooling and slow pulling and the use of electromagnetic stirring technology. The quantity and morphology and size of microscopic inclusions is effectively controlled, the billet quality is good, and fully meets the production requirements of low cost , long lifetime, and high stability for rock drill steel.
